I need to rant…

Ok, so I really need to rant right now. I am tired as all hell. One of my roommates has kept me up for the past 3 nights because he’s sick. Now, I don’t fault the kid for being sick because we all get sick. But I do fault him for not doing anything to make the situation any better. Like, wtf…you’re sick! All night he’s sniffing, coughing, snoring, and moaning. Take some medicine, go to the doctor’s…ya know, something. Yet I’m the bad guy because I complain apparently. My other roommate agrees with me, and it’s just unfair to us to keep losing sleep. Last night I almost got up and stuck an IV in his arm so I could pump some nyquil in him – it’d be more than what he’s doing for himself right now. Am I being unreasonable right now? No, I don’t think so. So Dan, if you read this – we don’t hate you…we want you to get yourself better so we can ALL sleep throughout the night!!!!!! -end rant.

I’m still here, and no, I haven’t abandoned my blog. I’ve just been extremely busy over the past few weeks. Between theater, work, honors induction, work, internship, work, and class (and projects), I’ve had -0- time to post any sort of blog updates. I eventually said screw it to the twitter for BlackBerry review considering it had been out for so long and I couldn’t get on to do the review. Here’s the summary: It works and I like it better than ubertwitter (that’s right I said it!).

Anyway, once I make it through the next few weeks of hell, I will be sure to update this thing quite a few times a week!

Homeless Guy @ White Castle

So I’m sitting here bored in my Theology class, just perusing through my BlackBerry, when I come across a picture from Saturday when I was at White Castle. But before I get into the picture, let’s talk about the adventure.

So me and some friends decide to head to White Castle Saturday night around 10ish. We knew it would be a while until we got there, but we always figure its worth the drive for some tasty, fake-meat burgers. And before anyone things I’m bashing White Castle, I love that place and their offerings, but I do think their food is not-so-real. Furthermore, the next morning I felt like crap. I don’t feel like getting graphic, nor do I think you want to read it, but it’s the best tasting laxative you can get.

So, about that picture, right… We’re eating and my buddy Chris snaps this picture. At one point we thought he was dead, but he wound up switching positions (and closing his mouth) literally 30 seconds after this pic was taken. Chris really wanted to launch a fry into his mouth but I didn’t want to get shot in Grimes. err, Toms River! All in all, great night!

Deeply apologize for not blogging this weekend. It was my 21st birthday weekend so needless to say I was enjoying myself. The Sixers game was the kickoff. Unfortunately, since I’m not at home (and the photos are on my desktop), the photos won’t go up until this Thursday.

So the birthday was pretty good up until later in the day when the realization that i had to return to Immaculata kicked in. I hate being up here. Nothing personal against the school or anybody here, but I’d much rather be home doing my own thing. I’m over the college campus experience. I just want to get it done and honestly I’d rather be working in my career (or starting my business). Oh well, I guess I can last another 2 semesters, right?

So the Sixers suck, but….

So, I’m a huge basketball fan. I can’t say that I follow it on a regular basis (cuz I don’t). I can’t say that I’m a Sixers fan (cuz they suck). But what I can say is that I’m enjoying courtside tickets vs the Spurs. Its pretty awesome to be this close to the court, and my pics are pretty awesome. Check ‘em out in my slideshow starting Sunday For those of you watching the same at home, be sure to look out for me!

So let me tell you how boring this class is. It doesn't help that the material is also far from entertainment. Now no offense to the Professor, because he really is an awesome guy, but this material is less-than thrilling. There's always those classes that you have to take and you just think to yourself, what the hell is this going to do for me? Well, this is one of those classes. I wonder if it's possible to die from boredom? All I know is, I'm about to start doing dumb shit like doodling and, oh yes…blogging. Ugh. Twitter, you certainly keep me entertained!

If you’ve never been to Così before, I highly suggest everyone go. I just stopped there for dinner (because the food on my campus is less-than-appetizing). I had this amazing Tuscan Steak Salad and Lobster Bisque soup. I’m telling you, try it. If you like Salad Works or Panera Bread, then you’ll love this place!

Back to School

Ugh, after my 5 Days off from school (thank you snow!), it’s back to school and back to classes. I’m really not at all excited to be back in school. I’ve got a lot of work to do. But luckily, Spring Break is a short 10 days away. 21st birthday is also only 6 days away! At least I’ll have a good weekend, as soon as I make it through this hell week!!!!!
